How It Works

FAQs – Phase 3 Reopening of The Mundaring Hotel

To enable us to open our venue safely for our dear customers whilst adhering to government-imposed restrictions, we have implemented the following measures:
  • When you arrive, please see one of our staff upon entering to check you in and provide you with a table number. Please do not walk in and take a seat as we need to ensure the table has been sanitised.
  • If we are at capacity, you will be advised if a table is likely to be available soon and you can choose to be added to our Wait List and directed to the Waiting Area. While waiting, please ensure you maintain physical distancing.
  • As you enter, hand sanitiser will be available, and we ask that everyone sanitises their hands.
  • All members of your party will be asked to provide contact details, in line with WA Government regulations regarding contact tracing. Your personal details will be kept secure and not used for any other purposes.
  • We provide table service in the restaurant, lounge bar and front bar. For outside ordering, please come into the lounge bar to order food and drinks, being mindful of social distancing measures in place within the venue.
  • Upon ordering food, your server will provide you with cutlery and salt & pepper for your table.
  • No sitting/standing at the bars unless strictly for ordering food or drinks.
  • Payment for orders outside are taken at the time of ordering. Contactless payments are preferred.
  • Please do not move tables, if you would like to sit elsewhere, please speak to our staff.
  • If you are running late for your booking, please give us a call on 9295 1006. We will allow 20 minutes after the start of your booking time after which time your table will be offered to other people waiting.
  • Please DO NOT enter the venue if you or any of your guests are feeling unwell.
  • As a food business venue, we reserve the right to ask someone to leave if a person appears to be unwell.

Despite the easing of restrictions from this weekend, we still have strict hygiene standards and monitoring of our capacity in place, in line with WA Government regulations.

Therefore we ask you to come with open hearts, clean hands and a mutual respect for the mandatory procedures in place that enable us to keep you and our staff safe.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
